  1. Mine is done and dusted, I use the ironing board as well, it makes the job so much easier. See you on the other side.

  2. I shall do mine this evening with the telly on, some campari and tonic and a few nibbles. I'm making biscotti and stollen today so there should be plenty!

    1. I live stollen, but there's only me who eats it! I did buy some stollen bites from Lidles at the beginning of December...for Christmas.....erm they never even made it to double figures of the date!

  3. Well done that girl! Keep going, you can do it.
Ironing boards are the best invention ever for people with bad backs and for dumping things on.
Thank you so much for the GBmen, the parcel was a lovely surprise this morning. They are being showcased on Number 38 later on today and are now hung on the tree xx

  4. come and do mine will you? I did all the ones for Violet's stocking ages ago. I finally wrapped them for my family yesterday, have wrapped Bill's bd pressies in readiness, but still haven't wrapped his Christmas pressies. What is wrong with me? I just cannot be faffed, do you think he'd mind if I just handed them over unwrapped?!

    1. It's a job we just have to crack on with - some years I love it and go to town with ribbons and bows! All my tags are from the previous year's Xmas cards! I spend ages carefully cutting them out!

  5. What a clever idea Rachel. I must remember that one. And what a beautifully wrapped present. X

    1. I recycle bows from presents I get and the tags are last year's Christmas cards I cut up! The present inside is usually less impressive than the wrapping!! I should be done under section 345 of the Trades Descriptions Act for false advertising!

    1. I always leave a few to do as a tradition! Last year I left too many to do! Not this year. I'll do the rest after tea and then some more tomorrow. I've been out today and then we had visitors.

  7. I've just got a couple more to do and I am procrastinating. Luckily this year I have managed to find sheets of wrapping paper rather than the rolls......which I swear are out to kill me judging by the fight I have with them...lol-x-
