I love how I match my bedroom radiator!
Freddie says he'd love to update you with his antics but he has only got little paws and the typing fatigues him. Plus he is back in Newcastle now, so could I possibly regale his fans for him?! Cheeky boy!
Here he is fast asleep on the settee.
Doesn' t he look so comfy?! I was ready to go to bed. I just said 'Bed Freddie' and down he got straight into his crate. He's so clever!
I taught him how to 'roll over' so that's now added to his repertoire. But wait until you see this next pic.
The instructions go..
Go on then!!
Now I don't know about you, but I'd not last too long if someone put the human equivalent on my mitts! Maybe a couple of rolos or something!
He was also playing a game of 'choose the toy'
Miss 22 would ask
Where's the pig or where's the ball and he'd identify it correct every time - until I videoed it! We tried to give him a choice of three but by then he was high on delicious, nutritious, gentle on the stomach chicken liver treats and got giddy!
As promised, here are two of my create and craft purchases!
That's the bag kit, was about £13 I think. Which for the Liberty fabrics I'm assured is reasonable and this sweet book full of sweet makes!
Just now need to find some time!
Lots of love from
Rachel *meeting herself coming back these days* Radiostar xxx
I'm back in my slipper boots now rather than my indoor flip flops but I haven't got the big boots out yet....just my sturdier shoes.ReplyDelete
Oh Freddie..........isn't he the cutest little boy.
Love the bag kit. I must get around to using some of my bag patterns and some of my gorgeous fabric but I have so much on the sewing list at the moment.
I'm on the lookout for some books on felting and making things with felt but have been instructed by DD not to buy them but bookmark them so they can be sent to Santa....lol-x-
Ahhhh good old Father Christmas! Wink wink XDelete
So the signs of autumn are officially here. Personally, I love boots, so I don't mind when the weather tells us to wear them. Freddie's pig toy looks like a hoot! -JennReplyDelete
Leaves are on the pavement, getting wet. It's a death trap out thereDelete
I am missing the sandals, I hate socks and slippers really. Freddie is doing well , he is so adorable xReplyDelete
Sigh, it'll soon be sandal weather again!Delete
Jeez! you made me jump for a minute there when I saw the heading of your post!!! I thought you were going to leave us! Hang about a bit I have to calm meself down!! However on the other hand I do indeed perfectly understand just how you feel about having to put away your sandals. I so hate closed in shoes .....its something like the old Chinese foot binding tradition....grr!!ReplyDelete
I so love Freddie ...he is adorable!
Panic ye not Amanda, I'm sure I'll be waffling on for a while yet X but it's really kind of you to say such nice things xxDelete
Loving, just loving, those colours.ReplyDelete
They are rather lovely ain't they!Delete
I'm so glad your family is around you, saves you sitting at home worrying, and you have sewing to do.ReplyDelete
I do, but I can't get started!Delete
I can't think straight when I've got socks and boots on, it's as though they're squeezing my brain. As soon as I get through the door off they come and either the slippers or flip flops go on.ReplyDelete
Freddie is very clever with all his tricks. The more I read about him the more I'm inclined to think Wendy might not have been the runt of the litter physically but I'm pretty sure she was mentally.
Love your crafting kits especially the Little Lady book. Have you got somebody special in mind? xx
I might have!! Wendy would fit right in with me! I feel a bit mental right now!Delete
Ha! Ha! that is funny!!! I have to admit I always feel rather dull and doh when wearing socks and boots too....so it would be the squeezing of the brain syndrome then....sounds about right!!!Delete
Ugh so restrictive! But then again, frozen toes??? Thank goodness for socks n boots!Delete
You've done well on the footwear front. My tootsies went away a couple of weeks ago now. I am officially a soft Southerner!! xxReplyDelete
No North/South duvide here, I still love you! XDelete
Clever Freddie! He's so gorgeous, I wanted to steal him xxxReplyDelete
There's a bit of a queue!Delete
I try to as long as I can without getting out my winter coat. I've still not got it out yet but unfortunatly the rain coat has. liking the boots. I keep looking at anckle boot with a decent sole like your (I wear the others out too quickly) that I like but so far I've not had any luck.ReplyDelete
Feddy looks so cute.
Carol, I saw some decent soled boots in Sainsbury's last night! Reasonable too for leather XDelete
Still wearing sandals whenever I can. It's raining today so I might wear my boots to walk to the charity shop but change out of them when I'm there, just for a bit of foot freedom.
I like your thinking!Delete
Boots are on here too. As is the heating. XReplyDelete
We succumbed to the heating- but only bc of the HG. I need to keep him comfy xDelete
